PAYMENT
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Clear Remedies Gift Certificates.


Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates can be emailed to your recipient within hours of your purchase. To redeem please enter the Gift Certificate number in the Coupon/Gift Certificate box during checkout. You will need to enter a credit card for verification purposes or to pay for the difference if your order total is more than the Gift Certificate balance. Gift Certificates have no expiration date or fees.


SHIPPING
Clear Remedies gives you many shipping choices to meet your needs. During checkout we give you options. You may select our flat rate shipping or choose the shipping company and method so your order arrives within your desired time table.

We use U.S. Postal Service for PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses. Items ordered at the same time may not always be shipped together; your delivery charge, however, will be based on the total merchandise amount per address. Ground, 2nd Day & Overnight delivery options available.

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice during checkout.
Out of Stock Items
In the rare event we are out of stock on an item, you will be notified via email. Your card will not be charged for out of stock items until they ship. To check the status of your order, please click on My Account at the top of the page.

Free Shipping Policy


We offer free standard shipping everyday for orders over $25.00 within the USA. Not valid when shipping to multiple addresses. No adjustments to prior purchases. Offer excludes Gift Certificates and certain heavy weight items that ship direct from the manufacturer.

Green Shipping
Please note that your order may arrive in a slightly used shipping box in our continued effort to minimize waste and lessen our impact on the environment.

International Shipping
We ship to Canada and US Territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Order Confirmation

After you make a purchase you will receive an email confirmation recapping your order information.

Order Status
You may review the status of your order by logging into your account online. As a registered customer, you can also review your profile, order history, reward status, request a return authorization and more.

Special Orders
Certain items or bulk quantities may require an additional 5-8 days for delivery. You will be notified during checkout and email if your order will be delayed for any reason.

Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Sample Store reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES


If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return new items in original condition for a prompt refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any sale, custom or personalized item will not be accepted for a return or exchange.

A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) is required and can be requested quickly by logging into your account online. Simply select the order and then request the RMA. Items that are returned without a RMA#, that are opened/used or returned after thirty days after delivery will not be accepted.

We will notify you via email once we have processed your return. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address provided when you requested the RMA. If you use a postage-paid return mailing label or a pre-paid label from our Customer Service department, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.


GIFT WRAPPING
Let us package your gifts in our exclusive gift wrap with grosgrain ribbon. A gift card with your personal message can be enclosed, if you wish. One item per box: $5.00 (not available on all items). Click on "Add Gift Options" during checkout on the order summary page.

Gift Messages
You can create a personalized gift message for free during checkout whether you have selected a gift wrap or not. Your message will be delivered along with your shipment.
